The
population to be impacted by Healthy Start in Child Care includes
the children and their families receiving out-of-home care. During
the first five years, children of full time working parents may
spend more time in out-of-home child care facilities, than they
spend in school from kindergarten to high school. Child Care
Health Consultants have received intensive training in health,
safety, and nutrition issues for young children. Contact your
local health center or call Rita Sympson at 270-247-1490 to schedule a visit or obtain more information.
