Maintain your healthy, active life!   Try to get thirty minutes of vigorous exercise most days.  Walk the dog, play a sport, or work out with fitness experts on TV.   Use free weights to maintain upper body strength and try stretching to increase your flexibility.  You will find that regular exercise will improve your mood and reduce tension.
